Why haven't I received confirmation of my order?

Your order was made outside of our business hours.
Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, Daylight savings time (EST)

Your order will usually be processed within a couple of hours, but if your order was made outside of our local business hours you will not receive confirmation until we process the order during the next working day.

Your email address was typed incorrectly.
You may have incorrectly entered your email address on our shopping cart page, making it impossible for us to send your confirmation by email.

 

Are your prices in Australian dollars?

All prices are given in Australian dollars (AUD$)
Eway Australia provides a current converter during the payment process if required.

 

Do the prices include delivery?

No. All prices exclude delivery charges. Please go to our Suburbs Delivery List for more information on charges.

Is your ordering system secure?

Coolangatta Florist uses Eway Australia for secure credit card transactions.
When making a credit card payment you are transferred to the Eway secure server then back to Coolangatta Florist for confirmation and receipts.
So you can order your flowers with confidence.

What is your privacy policy?

Coolangatta florist respects your privacy and consider it an important element of our business.

We will never sell your private information.
You will not receive any advertising e-mail from us, unless you have requested it.
Cookies are only used to track your selections in your shopping cart.


What areas do you deliver to?


Coolangatta Florist delivers to The Gold Coast, Northern NSW and surrounding areas, using our own reliable delivery service.

How do I take care of my flowers?

1. For cut flowers use fresh tepid water and change every second day when using flower food sachet.
Change water every day with no flower food sachet.

2. Recut all stems on an angle with a sharp knife.

3. Add water daily to flowers arranged in a container or foam.

4. Do not place in direct sunlight or in a draft.

5. Recut rose stems every day and keep in plenty of water
.
